Yep. I'm learning to say 'NO'. Its not that complicated,neither its that simple.Its just a two letter word and can be easily pronounced.
Umm..just try saying 'YES' like 1000times,you will get it ;)
I used to find it very hard saying NO to people and even if I did say NO, I used to ponder over it all day long. But not now,I think I'm getting hang of it..and somehow,I do feel normal,I think I'm OKAY! :)
